"CTCI Foundation is wonderful that promotes the technological talents for Taiwan. I am with great pleasure to be awarded the 2016 CTCI Foundation Scholarship for Oversea Graduate Students in Taiwan. I would like to sincerely express my deepest gratitude to CTCI Foundation for granting me the honor. I never thought I would win such an honor, but it happened to me.
