IEET Accreditation

What is IEET Accreditation?

Both undergraduate and graudate programs in our department are IEET accredited.  IEET accreditation is issued to accredited educational institutions by IEET (Institutute of Engineering Education Taiwan), a non-profit and  non-government organization, and IEET is the sole window for contact in issues related to accreditation of engineering and technology education programs in Taiwan.  IEET is a member of Washington Accord, Seoul Accord, and NABEEA.  As a result, being an IEET certificated institution, the degrees issued by our department is recognized in many countries:

IEET and our Education

To earn IEET accreditation, the degree program must pass periodic evaluations by evalautors assiged by IEET.  In a way, IEET assures the students in the accredited institution receive quality education.  The current Accreditation Criteria can be found [here].  To conform to the spirit of IEET, our professors constantly improve their teaching materials, courses, etc., and the Department uses student feedbacks to iteratively improve our course portifolio.  You will be able to discover our educational objectives and outcomes when you go through our website.
