Statement on Off-Campus Personal Activities of Students

The department places great importance on student conduct and professional integrity.

Please be advised that students' off-campus personal business, private tutoring, employment, or any self-created communication groups (such as WhatsApp, LINE, etc.), as well as any unauthorized use of an organization or team's name for promotion or recruitment, are strictly private personal activities and do not represent the department's position.

Off-campus organizations, parents, employers, or individuals should always perform their own careful evaluation and verify whether the individual has official authorization before entering into any collaboration, employment, or joining related groups. All private economic, labor, or contract matters should be resolved directly between the involved parties in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements.

The department will handle any verified violations of campus rules in accordance with our counseling and disciplinary mechanisms.
