【斐陶斐榮譽學會115年度新會員申請】限應屆畢業生

各位同學好!

中華民國斐陶斐榮譽學會函請本校推薦115年度新會員，本系分配名額為大學部1人(限應屆畢業生)、碩士班4人(限應屆畢業生)、博士生1人(限應屆畢業生)。

意申請者，請於4月7日(二)前檢附申請表(詳附件)、在學歷年學業暨操行成績單乙份及其它有利審查資料送至系辦公室劉佩綺小姐處，謝謝

HI,

The Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society has requested our department to nominate new members for the 115th year. The allocated quotas for our department are as follows: 1 undergraduate student (limited to graduating students), 4 master’s students (limited to graduating students), and 1 doctoral student (limited to graduating students).

Students who wish to apply are requested to submit the application form (see attachment), one copy of their academic transcript (including conduct grades), and any other supporting documents that may strengthen the application to Ms. Liu Peggy at the department office by April 7 (Tuesday). Thank you.
