115年工程學院傑出及優秀青年甄選Outstanding and Excellent Youth Selection

各位同學 大家好:

        為辦理「115年工程學院傑出及優秀青年徵選」，請於9/11(星期五)前將推薦名單及資料送至系辦劉佩綺小姐處彙整，本系名額:3名，詳細來文請參照附件，謝謝!

甄選所需表件：

書面資料一份：

(一)院推薦表（至多2頁，空白表單可至本院網頁下載https://www.ce.ntust.edu.tw/p/412-1024-251.php?Lang=zh-tw ）、

(二)自傳。內容含個人一吋照片、學經歷、歷年學業暨操行成績單乙份、具體優良事蹟論述及佐證資料(在台科表現為主)，簡明扼要為原則；英文姓名請以"姓氏,名字"方式填寫 ex: Kuo, Ai-Be。

電子檔一份：上述之書面資料整併成一份PDF電子檔，檔名：ex. ○○系王大明。

*曾當選本院傑出或優秀青年者，不得重複參選！。

Please find the attachment of Outstanding and Excellent Youth Selection procedure.doc for your reference. And if you would like to apply for the selection, please submit all the required documents to the office of CE Department before September 11 (Fri).

Application Documents Required:

1. One Hard Copy:

(1) College Recommendation Form: (Maximum 2 pages. The blank form can be downloaded from the College website: https://www.ce.ntust.edu.tw/p/412-1024-251.php?Lang=zh-tw )

(2) Autobiography: Contents must include a 1-inch personal photo, education and work background, official transcripts of academic records and conduct grades for all academic years, as well as descriptions and supporting documents of specific outstanding achievements (focusing primarily on performance at Taiwan Tech). Please keep it concise and clear. Please write your English name in the "Last Name, First Name" format (e.g., Kuo, Ai-Be).

2. One Electronic Copy:

Combine all the hard copy documents listed above into a single PDF file.

File Naming Format: [Department] [Name] (e.g., Dept. of Chemical Engineering_Wang Da-Ming).

*Students who have previously been elected as Outstanding or Exemplary Youth of the College of Engineering are ineligible to run again.
